The Case Review Assistant opens inside the case page, scores the case against your team's five review criteria, and carries the findings into the review template. You stop reading to find problems and start confirming them.
Access is by allow-list. There is no self-service signup. Installing without being on the list gives you a script that loads and then does nothing, with no error explaining why. Ask first; it is one message.

Whether the case's GCI has been kept current, or has been left to go stale while the case moved.

Whether a phone log exists, and whether it landed inside the window after the engineer took ownership.

The tone of the case as it reads to the customer, scored rather than guessed at.

It opens where
you already are.
This is not a destination you visit. It is a panel that appears on the case page you already have open, behind a launcher in the corner. Nothing to switch to, nothing to paste between.
It runs on both the case page and the review page, so the workflow stays in one place across both systems.
Review
The reading, the checking,
and the retyping.
Scoring is the middle of the job. These are the parts on either side of it.
Case extraction
Reads the case off the page (dates, owners, notes, activity) so nothing has to be copied by hand.
Template auto-fill
Carries the findings into the review template, which is the step that used to be pure retyping.
Bulk review queue
Runs a queue of cases in sequence instead of one at a time, so a review session is one pass, not many.
Phone log diagnose
Shows per-owner timestamps and explains which log it found and why it did or did not count.
Sherlock detection
Flags Sherlock on the case so it is part of the picture rather than something you check separately.
Status templates
Prewritten status text for the common outcomes, so the write-up matches the score you just gave.
And then, because
people are competitive.
The accuracy is what earns the install. This is the part that keeps it open: a leaderboard across day, week, month and all time, achievements, and seven panel themes.
Seven themes
The panel ships seven of them. Midnight is the default; the rest are yours if the theme picker is enabled on your account.
You have to be
on the list.
The assistant runs against an allow-list. There is no self-service signup, and an unapproved install produces a script that loads and then does nothing, with no error to tell you why. So this comes before the install steps, not after them.
Message the maintainer with your username. That is the whole process.
The loader is short and readable. If you would rather see what it does before running it, open it first; it is a small file, and it is meant to be read.

Get on the allow-list

Install Tampermonkey
The assistant is a userscript, so it needs a userscript manager. Tampermonkey is what the loader targets.

Add the loader
Open loader.user.js and Tampermonkey will offer a one-click install. The loader is version 0.29.0; it keeps the assistant itself up to date from there.

Open a case
The launcher appears in the corner of the case page. If it does not, you are probably not on the list yet.
Case Status
SLA Color Guard
Unrelated to the review panel, shipped from the same place because the same people wanted it: an SLA colour guard plus an MTTF histogram, drawn straight onto the case page. Standalone, no allow-list, install it on its own.
Like the assistant, it installs as a small loader that keeps itself current, so you install once and never chase a version again. Currently 1.6.1.
